I thought it was supposed to be in a centre, a proper place I mean but it seems like it happened to be in a house of 3 storeys.

Thank God I was actually quite worried whether these people are bad or not but I followed my instinct. They were a bunch of nice people with generous hearts and all of them are girls. They look older than me though and I came to know a girl who came to fetch me. She's such a smart girl! A girl from Selangor and entered USM for pharmacy. Damn smart and her salary is at least RM3k a month though she graduated a year ago. Anyway I thought I was the only one from UTAR who is going but lucky me, there's a guy from Sabah, just starting his Foundation in Marketing, went along with me too.

The talk was sort of boring. Before they started the whole thing, we had to play a game with cards to know everyone there. Here's the problem. I have bad memory and now memorizing people's names AND in mandarin?? Yeah... I lost 2 rounds out of 3 and they 'punished' me by requesting me to sing in front with another girl. I was embarrassed and blushed when I was at the front. We sang 'Jingle Bell' because I don't really know the lyrics for other chinese songs haha!

It was an experience and to find out that that guy we came with me, has almost the same thinking like mine. I thought I was crazy enough to think about something that most people might not even thought of when we were to put in a situation. I forgotten the questions they threw to us but all I could remember is he has a good heart of helping those who are in need like me!xD

Today in the morning at 10.30am, I had to go to that house again for some slides. I learnt a lot about the world-ling things. I fell half asleep when she was briefing about the second topic. After she finished 4 chapters, she told me that she saw me closing my eyes and dropped off a few times LOL... I am so sorry about that but it was very very boring. The 3rd chapter was quite interesting because it was about history and some stories in the Bible.

From the bottom of my heart, I was actually day dreaming and thinking about food and cleaning my room. That's it, I wasted the whole of today. Sigh. Yeah I can be emo for almost everything.

A special day

Actually I wanted to talk about yesterday. It was Tuesday and had an Accounting and a Macroeconomic tutorial classes that drew me to talk about this.

Accounting class was horrible. Having to know that my tutor and so happened to be my lecturer as well, her English is terrible and horrible. I finally get the idea on why she pronounced every word that starts with 'i' as 'e'. The reason lied was it was a direct pronunciation from Bahasa Malaysia when she gave an example of 'itik'. I can't really remember why she used that Malay word for. Anyway, the one thing that annoyed me was when she said we students have to discuss each questions in groups of 4. We didn't have to pick our own members but she automatically group us according to our seats. Shouldn't have sat there. I thought all of us are taking this subject for the second time. It seems like my temporary group members for that particular tutorial question are all from foundation or degree but drop this subject the last semester. Well one failed like me; there are 4 of us: all girls. Back to the main reason I got frustrated for, we were supposed to discuss and present it in front of the class USING our own words. She didn't mind if we use the answers found in her lecture slides but we must express it in our own way.

Nobody moved. I was sitting a few chairs away from the 2 girls far left while the other girl sitting on the right hand side with her other friend. I was fed up with their attitude for not taking the initiative (mainly directing to the pair of girls because to me, a larger group should go over to the smaller group to talk or anything that is necessary). And so I went to them and sat beside one of the girls. The girl on the right saw me moving, and so she moved to us as well. The super irritating part was, I know they have accounting basics, but still, they just sat there, didn't discuss a single shit when I was busy rephrasing the sentences written on the slide where the answers are found there. When we were asked to present in front of the class, they all went pushing each other to just stand up and read whatever it was written and get over it. The usual girlish attitude that I hated much, nobody bothered to stand up and talk the crap out. So to cut the story short with all the procrastinations, I offered myself to go to the front to get over it. Yes indeed I was quite humiliated (being thick faced enough so I try not to be embarrassed about anything that had gone wrong) when the tutor asked me who are the 'users'. I couldn't answer her. I tried to give a few shots like 'partnership' and 'accountants' but that was not the answers she wanted. Sigh. It has always been a bad day for accounting classes.

Next up, I was alone as usual for the whole of Monday and sort of Tuesday classes. I was alone, in Macroeconomic classes as well. I thought it would be easier for me to get in the class as quick as possible to choose a nice seat so I don't have to think or worry about anything to sit with someone unknown with a coy face. Too bad, when I got in, the place that I sat last week was sat by a guy, and next to him is his friend. So, not wanting to be my tutor's potential 'victim' to answer questions (because I didn't do my homework), I left 2 empty seats at that row and sat far on the left to prevent my beautiful looking tutor from spotting me for answers. Here comes the fun part. This guy who came in quite late, was confused whether to sit next to me or that guy nearest to me. In the end, he chose his seat next to his own kind. Later on, a tall, big sized looking guy with good taste of style sat next to this guy and so happened that they knew each other (I guess but not really sure from the way they talk) which is also beside me!! I didn't look at them, shy as ever. Haha..

The climax! After some time of teaching and it got bored for quite awhile, I was wandering and wondering about the sceneries out the window (practically day-dreaming) and I kind of spotted a friend of that macho looking guy staring at me. I wasn't that sure until he uttered out to his friend, "Do you know her? Is she your friend?" The guy sat next to me, observed for a little while and said no. They said something, quite soft for me to hear and that guy said to his macho friend, "She's looking away, we'll get up to her when she concentrates here." Something like that, I wondered if they noticed me half smiling when I was looking out at the window. Although I didn't really get to see that guy's face next to me, still, I hope to see him again in the next class. LOL! Need some good looking people around me nowadays though.. My life is surrounded by bad looking people. No hard feelings!=D

THICK FACE FACTS

Caution: This is mainly a deal made with a friend of mine (Mr. David Cheah Tatt Wei) so I was not this thick face from the start.

Thick face fact 1
Although I know I am short, still many people think that I am petite and cute. With no other choices left for me, I just couldn't ignore that fact because when one person says it, it might be false but when a couple of them give the same comment, you have to just be humble and take it as a compliment. A few did said that I look especially cute with my height, imagining me looking tall but (LOL) I guess the ideal height for me would be 156cm. Well, some people are born to be short but it doesn't mean ALL are the same. Moving on to the next thick face fact about me, it somehow relates to fact 1.

Thick face fact 2
It was uncountable that so many said I look CUTE- just too many times and was totally annoyed about it whenever friends or acquaintances complimented me. I deny this fact because I don't like to be cute but HAWT which leads to the thick face fact 3.

Thick face fact 3
Undeniably, I am a hot girl. The guys in my university can't stop staring at me whenever I walk pass. Seriously? Yeah babe!!! All these while I was just ignoring it because me being a humble human being who is the only one standing alive on Earth despite my race being extinct long ago.
My face did get horrible as years go by but still, unbelievably more people are liking me nowadays. Isn't it tired for me to reject and face compliments from newly known friends in UTAR? Getting tired is another thing, rejecting is another fear that I have to worry about now and then.

Thick face fact 4
The smile that I have really hypnotize people around me. Not kidding of course because I only think that my smile is just like any ordinary smile like everyone has. My ex tutor named Mr. Chong once said in class, "...For example, smile. Like the girl over there (pointing at me) has an infectious smile. Do you know what does infectious mean? It is like when you see her smiling, her smile makes you smile and that's why you called it infectious." Can't smile for a day or spending the whole day grumbling to yourself? Try to meet me up and I will make you smile. =D

Thick face fact 5
Since young, no, since I was a baby, infinite come-and-go humans (example: coffee shop servers, mum's customers and friends, relatives, friends of mine and the list goes on) complimented me and my mum and said that she has a adorable baby. Sometimes people's face changes according to time and the same goes for me. No I didn't become uglier but well, when my mum's customers come in, they will ask how old is she etc and without fail, they will just say, "You have 2 beautiful daughters." They say I have big beautiful eyes, defined features and a sweet looking girl. Yeah I am as sweet as usual... It was too obvious to be said isn't it? Not forgetting, one (recently) even said when he first came in to class, the first to notice was me and I made him turned to look at me when he was seated. I am so captivating!

Thick face fact 6
You can see so many and almost every girl that you know will complain how fat they are and so on. I complained a couple of times but I myself know that I wasn't fat at all! Lol! My friends envy me for being slim although I eat a lot. Which means I will never get fat easily. How many of the girls actually never go on a diet but still as slim as ever? That would be me.

Thick face fact 7
I am a fast cyclist. I noticed my incredible ability during my first semester when I have to cycle to university everyday. Normal people or students there will take roughly 15 minutes to reach their destination. If my faculty is at Block A which is the nearest to our homes in Westlake, I timed myself that I will reach within 5 minutes. I am always in a rush all the time for no reason and I broke my record of 15 minutes to reach the furthest block which is Block I of a 5-minute cut off which makes up to 10 minutes. The best part is, whenever I cycle and past everyone like Sonic the Hedgehog, every single person stares. That shows how amazing I am!

That's all for today. It has been a long time since I last blogged. Have fun reading all the fun facts I wrote about myself!xD haha
